Our unique and robust Group Sales Organization is comprised of a Director and seven National Sales Executives (six group, one leisure). Each of these National Sales Executives is regionally deployed in key markets and specializes in vertical industry segments. Each NSE leads Strategic Account Teams focusing on high volume customers with a propensity to book group meetings business into Destination's properties.
Our culinary focused Food and Beverage experience places an emphasis on high-quality, approachable food in a welcoming atmosphere. The Company has crafted a philosophy of "restaurants at hotels" as opposed to "hotel restaurants" making each restaurant a destination in and of itself. From lighter poolside and lounge fare, to grab-and-go marketplace offerings, to exquisitely prepared four-course meals, our properties showcase many of the finest menus and dining experiences in the country. Our F&B team defines and prioritizes global food and beverage goals and objectives, so that while creating a food and beverage product that is unique to each property, Destination also delivers a consistent level of service that guests have come to expect from all its properties.
Our Destination Design & Construction Group delivers projects on time and on budget. Involved from the beginning of the process, the Design & Construction Group visits every opportunity, develops a creative yet solid vision for each property, ensures real expectations and accurately budgets for each project. With expertise in design and architecture, Destination's Design & Construction Group partners with the Acquisitions Team and ownership to provide design concepts which create authentic and guest-centric hotels in order to maximize each investment and craft hotels which truly meet market needs and positioning goals.
We possess a broad knowledge of all facets of both spa and golf facilities, including design, construction, renovation, permitting and operations. With 16 world-class golf courses and 17 luxurious spas within the portfolio, Destination has the expertise to creatively develop and successfully manage the complexities of these operations.
