What We Do
Today, through the efforts of more than 9,300 employees, we manage nearly 50 distinctive hotels and luxury resorts on behalf of several major owners, including LaSalle Hotel Properties, Oaktree Capital Management and Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. This unique portfolio includes seven IACC certified conference centers, with more than 1,000,000 square feet of meeting space, 16 golf courses and 17 spas located throughout the U.S. Properties under management total over 10,700 hotel rooms and condominium units with aggregate annual revenues in excess of $800 million. Luxurious accommodations accented by world-class settings and high quality amenities are the hallmarks of our portfolio. As a management company operating in various market segments in dozens of markets, we have extensive experience not only with independent assets but also branded hotels and resorts.
