Recipes of three of my favorites are below. These drinks are perfect to warm you up after a day outside adventuring in the snow. The “warmer” is simple, tasty without being too sweet and features regional bourbon with a hint of cinnamon and citrus from the garnish. The Chocolate Covered Raspberry is a unique combination that comes together with the white chocolate for the perfect pick me up or late night treat. The Millionaires Coffee has been a staple at the Lodge for years, and is enjoyed every season as a great go-to.
6 oz. cup of coffee
.5 oz Crown Royal Whiskey
.5 oz Bailey’s
.5 oz Kahlua
Combine liquor in a heated, footed mug. Top with coffee and whipped cream.
1.5 oz Burnside Bourbon
.25 oz Maple Syrup
6 oz hot apple cider
Combine bourbon and maple syrup in a heated, footed mug. Top with hot apple cider and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wedge.
Chocolate Covered Raspberry
1 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Chambord|
6 oz White Hot Chocolate
Combine Chambord and White Chocolate Liqueur in a heated, footed mug. Fill with white hot chocolate and top with whipped cream.
